We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund — even if the product has been opened and used.
We stand behind our formulas, and we'd rather you tell us it didn't work for you than feel stuck with a bottle on your shelf.
What's Covered
- Any product, any reason — including products that have been opened or partially used
- Returns initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- One satisfaction-guarantee return per customer, per product
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, see "Damaged or Wrong Items" below — those are handled separately and at no cost to you.
What's Not Covered
- Returns initiated after the 30-day window
- Items purchased on final sale or marked non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Repeat returns of the same product after a prior satisfaction-guarantee refund has been issued
- Returns we have reasonable grounds to believe are fraudulent or made in bad faith (see below)
Our Right to Refuse a Refund
We extend the satisfaction guarantee in good faith and ask the same in return. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline a refund or limit future purchases if we suspect a return is being made in bad faith. Examples include but are not limited to:
- Excessive return activity across multiple orders
- Returns that appear coordinated for the purpose of obtaining free product
- Claims that are inconsistent with shipping records, account activity, or prior communication
- Patterns of behavior suggesting the guarantee is being used as a means of acquiring product at no cost rather than for genuine dissatisfaction
In these cases, we may decline the refund, decline future orders, or both. We will always communicate our reasoning when we do so.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email contact@aslf-formulas.com with the subject line: "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief note on why
- We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address
- Please wait for authorization before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns may not be processed
Return Shipping
- For satisfaction-guarantee returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping
- For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label
- We recommend a trackable shipping method. We can't be responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking

Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we'll notify you by email
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items
- There is no restocking fee
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Email contact@aslf-formulas.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item, along with your order number
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, at no cost to you
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to switch to a different product, please return the original and place a new order.
