Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with ASLF Formulas. Here is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Saturday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Note: Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Estimates
Domestic (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days — Calculated at checkout — Varies by location
- Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout — Varies by location
International:
- International Standard: 7–16 business days — Calculated at checkout — Varies by location
Note: Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Processing time is additional.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the selected service. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or through the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Large Order Surcharge
Additional shipping fees may apply for orders over 5 lbs. If applicable, this will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything possible to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volume
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Severe weather conditions
- Inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses
- Customs processing (international orders)
We appreciate your patience. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
International Shipping — Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped from Austin, Texas, USA. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees
- We are unable to predict or cover these charges
- We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order
- Customs fees are non-refundable
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier
- Contact us at contact@aslf-formulas.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date
- We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, reship or refund your order
Note: We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you provided an incorrect address:
- Contact us immediately at contact@aslf-formulas.com — we may be able to correct it before the order ships
- If the order has already shipped and is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipment fees will apply
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address
