Subscriptions & Pre-Orders Policy

Some products may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This section explains how those purchases work and how you can manage or cancel them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring shipments based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged prior to each shipment unless you cancel.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.

You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email or through your account.

Changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available.

By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your payment method either at checkout or at a later date prior to shipment.

Pre-orders may be canceled at any time before they are fulfilled.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. At that point, any return or refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.
